The Schengen Information System (SIS) is a database regarding for example, wanted persons, persons subject to entry bans, or
stolen objects at the Schengen Zone. The Schengen Information System enables participating countries to collectively exchange and access this information to ensure border control and security within the Schengen Zone.
Among my services is obtaining information contained about foreigners in the SIS database.

Card of stay
The document that certifies the identity of a foreigner in Poland is called a “residence card.”
It is issued based on a residence permit. In Poland, there are the following types of residence cards:
- Temporary residence card – issued to foreigners who are temporarily staying in Poland, for example, for work or study purposes.
- Permanent residence card – issued to foreigners who have a permanent right to reside in Poland (permanent residency).
- Long-term resident EU card – issued to foreigners who have been residing in Poland for a long time and have the status of a long-term resident of the EU.
I provide services for obtaining residence permits and residence cards, regardless of the stage and imbroglio of Your application and case.
-
Deportation
Deportation or, according to legislation, an “obligation to return” refers to a set of measures aimed at prohibiting an individual from entering the territory of a specific country or the entire Schengen Zone for a period of 6 months to 10 years due to the commission of a specific offense.
I provide a service to reduce the duration of the entry ban.
-
Refugee status
Refugee status (status uchodźcy) or, according to the legislation of the Republic of Poland, international protection.
There is another form of international protection (hereinafter referred to as OP) in Poland, which is complementary protection (ochrona uzupełniająca).
The application for OP is unified, and the procedure is the same. Only after a detailed examination of the circumstances under which a foreigner requests OP in Poland, the competent state authority in this matter makes a decision regarding either “refugee status” or “complementary protection.”
As a service, I provide explanations related to the procedure itself, the specifics of the status, and, if necessary, I can assist with submitting the application.
-
Work permit
Work permit (zezwolenie na pracę) or employment permit.
In Poland, there are several documents that allow foreigners to legally work in the country. These include:
- Statement of entrusting work to a foreigner (oświadczenie o powierzeniu pracy cudzoziemcowi)
- Work permit (zezwolenie na pracę) – various types
- Temporary residence permit for the purpose of work (zezwolenie na pobyt czasowy w celu wykonywania pracy)
Often, both employers and foreigners themselves lack an understanding of which specific type of permit is required for a foreign worker. It depends on various factors such as citizenship, possession of a biometric passport, processing time for the permit application, etc.
Among the services I provide are:
- Analysis of the situation (foreigner’s possibilities and employer’s needs)
- Recommendation regarding the appropriate type of permit
- Legal assistance in obtaining the chosen type of permit.
