RODO

Pursuant to the article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Regulation (EC) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: RODO), I hereby inform you that your personal data is processed by Lyashchenko Tetyana.

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of the conclusion and/or execution of the contract (art. 6 para. 1b RODO) and in connection with a legitimate interest of the Administrator, in order to keep a record of electronic correspondence, provide advice and maintain contact with clients and contractors (art. 6 para. 1f RODO).

Your personal data will be provided to other recipients only to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract, consultation and to the extent permitted by law. Your personal data will be stored until the data is no longer useful, no longer than for 10 years.

Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purpose.

You have the right to request the Administrator to access, rectify, delete or limit the processing of personal data, the right to transmit data, to object to processing in the cases and under the conditions specified in the RODO, and the right to submit a complaint to the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection.
